Our very first event.
It all started with a little imagination…
We are Imagine Décor Studio - a local Chicagoland based wedding and event décor studio founded by Akshar Thakkar and Maulesh Patel, specializing in bringing your imagination to life.
“This has been something I’ve wanted to pursue for years. That said, thinking about and actually starting a company are two very different things. I’ve learned a lot from Pixel Perfect Imaging - it’s not easy to start something from scratch. I needed someone who shared my vision.
That’s where Akshar comes in. I’ve known him for a good portion of my life. We started talking about this idea while volunteering at our Mandir in preperation for Diwali. Within 5 days of brainstorming, I knew he shared my passion for this and even more importantly, he shared my passion for delivering a high level customer experience. 5 Days later, we booked our first client. No company name, just a passion for the art.
Over the next few weeks we worked on our brand and found a name that fit our core - Imagine.”
We have the passion and drive, but we know we can’t do this without the support of our friends and family. To that end, we have an amazing (and constantly growing) team and support system that is dedicated to bringing your imagination to life.
Why we do what we do…
Imagine Décor Studio’s core is about recapturing the essence of what it is to dream. To have an imagination is basically our ability as humans to explore ideas and concepts that are not present in our current life; it’s the ability to see something that doesn't really exist at the moment. It’s something that we have lost as we have grown up; maybe due to the limited time, as we pursue degrees, pay bills, and adult in general.
As we grow older, day by day we forget to imagine, to think of what could be.
That’s where we come in. We know you have hundreds of other things going on in life. But for the time you are with us, just imagine what could be. Let your mind wander. Be free from the box of ideas that have been done and think back to a time where anything seemed possible. Imagine your day the way you want it.
